Volunteers needed for community shop in Los Angeles Thursday, 29 May 2008
The Bike Oven is a community bicycle collective seeking to promote cycling as a transportation alternative to fossil fuel based transit. Volunteer mechanics provide free help and training to visitors on how to ride, build, fix, and maintain their bikes. We recycle donated bikes and parts as training tools and to provide low cost bikes to the community.
