We are a Do-It-Yourself community bike organization with multiple events every week where you can connect with community and tune-up your bike. See the calendar to the right for our upcoming events, classes, clinics, and rides. Keep in touch with us by signing up for our monthly newsletter updates, and follow us on Facebook and Twitter: @CommonWheelz About Us

CommonWheels is an Allston-based bicycle collective focused on building a community of happy, safe, educated riders though workshops, group rides, and our flagship program, Open Shop. Open Shop is a free, DIY, bike-maintenance skillshare. We provide the tools and guidance needed to keep your bike working so you can keep riding. Our goal isn't to fix your bike and send you own your way, it's to help you fix your own bike. Open Shop is also a great chance to hang out with your fellow Boston bike riders, trade stories of biking adventures, and share your own knowledge. Don't have anything to work on on your own bike? Volunteers are always welcome at Open Shop, where you can learn by working on one of our fleet bikes. Our Open Shops roll every week on Wednesdays at POP Allston, with classes every Sunday.

You can also find us setting up shop at farmers' markets, running workshops complete with all sorts of pro tips, and organizing group social rides to get our community out biking together.
