	Financial planning involves creating a goal, that can only be achieved with money. Really evaluate if you can only achieve this goal with money, and also, ask yourself, why do you want this. 	A true non-profit does not have dividends, all money get's cycled back into the org. All income should be linked to expenses. In bike collectives I believe (this is theory) that it could work out well and be balanced in this way.
