<p>Creating user page for new user.</p> <p><b>New page</b></p><div>I originally started out as an enthusiastic home mechanic and avid cyclist because becoming helping run the Oasis Bike Workshop in Nashville, TN. The Oasis Bike Workshop runs earn-a-bike programs year round for youth in the Nashville area. We see ~120 students/year and the program is completely free of charge for our students. In addition to running youth earn-a-bike programs, we also run paid adult earn-a-bike programs, as well as weekly open workshops where we welcome anyone from the community to drop on by and wrench around on their bikes. <br /> <br /> Older, lugged steel bikes are my jam; particularly touring bikes. Some may say I'm a bit of a retrogrouch ... and they'd be right. Old SunTour component and shellacked bars made almost any old steel bike look classy.</div>
