BBE has been approved for fiscal sponsorship with Open Source Collective (OSC).
OSC is a 501 c(6) which means that funds from OCF a 501 c(3) cannot be transferred and have to spent down. They would support admin for receive new donations only. OSC might only be able to receive donations for tech fund.

What steps need to happen when signing up to Open Source Collective?

- $300 in language justice fund needs to be paid out to a someone in LJ team who can be responsible for pending ($130 to Eden) and future payments to interpreters.
- $169 in general fund can go to anything
- $737 in tech fund can be spent down by paying tech costs in advance such as hosting and domain
