I'm the executive director at Neighborhood Bike Works in Philadelphia, a role in which I started in May of 2016. Prior to that, I was Shop and Operations Director at Bike Works Seattle. Committed to youth and leadership development through cycling and bike mechanics, I've worked with bikes since 2004 and ridden them as my primary form of fun and transportation since 1999.
