Donation Receipts are to be given to a someone making a donation. They should contain a description of the items being donated, your Federal Tax Identification Number, but NOT the value of the items. The value of those items (as long as they are under xxx amount) is to be determined between the IRS and that individual.
As the Tax Excempt Organization you must keep a record of all the receipts you distribute. Simple receipt books can be found at most office supply stores.
