N.W. Pa Re-Cycle is a bike cooperative that is just starting up. We take donations, fix them up and work hard to get them into the hands of people who need them. We plan on expanding to educational programs and advocacy. We are currently working with our local school district to get an after school bike program set up for this spring/fall. | N.W.
