The EBC’s mission is to make bicycle transportation accessible to all people by:

  • Providing low-cost and free refurbished bicycles to children and adults.
  • Offering education and mechanical support in bicycle repair and maintenance.
  • Building and supporting a mutually sustaining community of cyclists through safety workshops, group rides, and bicycle centered events.
