I'm curious what the solution is in the event of a lost ticket or tag. How do you prove that the bike belongs to the person?
- Our solution is to provide very large tags so they are not easily lost. In the event they are though, it's common to remember the person and their bike so we just give them a scolding look and get them their bike. Otherwise, they have to wait until we close up and all of the other bikes are gone (or they could show us some other proof that the bike is theirs if they've got a photo or something). Godwin
